Our Journey
The FIRST ideals of bringing STEM to your local community are a fundamental principle of high school robotics, but the process to host that outreach is often daunting and teams can feel overwhelmed.
To mitigate that, AZTECH Robotics prides ourselves on providing resources to other teams. These full lesson-plan style activities and blog posts will allow even the most inexperienced teams to host meaningful outreach.

Outreach Event Activities
All robotics teams and other organizations are welcome to use our resources. All we ask is that you credit us in your usage. Feel free to email contact@team6749.org with any questions!
Airplane
This activity is great for booths and smaller events where you do not have a ton of time or volunteers to help assemble. It requires no tools, and can be decorated with gem-stone stickers, googly eyes, or something else your team thinks of!
Manufacturing Instructions: Laser Cut 3mm Wood (the link HERE is the wood we use)
Ocelbot
This activity is great for larger group events where you have the volunteer power to help a lot of students. It require 2x1 aluminum, shafts, 80-20 metal, PLA (pre-printed), 1/4-20 bolts, and 10-32 bolts.. It can be decorated however you would like! We use pride flags for our LGBTQ+ events.
Credit to Girls of Steel, the Ocelbot project is modelled of of their Meep Boop project
